Need Free Salesforce Help? Your first hour (phone, zoom, email, etc.) is 100% Free! Specialty Software has provided help, assistance, and consulting services to companies and non-profit organizations for over 20 years. Our Specialty is small to midsize Salesforce® clients – in other words 1 to 100 Salesforce® users. 

We are unique in that we offer ongoing Salesforce® offsite system administrator services as needed to help your onsite system administrator. As we all know, the Salesforce® platform is a feature rich platform and sometimes can be a tuff mountain to climb to be properly setup, and provide the end results which every organization needs.

As mentioned above our clients are small to midsize companies and non-profits using the Enterprise, Professional, and Essential Editions of Salesforce®.

Our prices are affordable (low as $40 an hour), and we offer a “try before you buy” Free Hour of Consultation or Assistance to make sure we are a good fit for you. We are Salesforce® Certified and hold several Salesforce® credentials.

Services

Companies and Non-Profits: We service and support both companies (for profit) and also Non-Profits. 

System Administrator Services. For those that need Salesforce® System Administrator help, we have a couple unique services. If you need help in setting up your Salesforce® org, adding user’s, creating Reports & Dashboards, adding fields, new custom objects, new apps, Approval Process, Flow Builder – you have come to the right place! In other words, anything that has to do with system administrator, advanced system administrator, and building new apps.

Consulting. Need help in determining the best solution for your Salesforce® org? Help in Setting up your unique situation? Need some Apps built or edited? These are normal request and we have plenty of experience in helping with all these tasks and more. Salesforce® is all about data, and this can be a little overwhelming sometimes. The good news is working with data in Salesforce® is our Specialty!

Data Import. Need to import data into your Salesforce® org? This is a common request and many org’s do this fairly often (especially those who are just setting up their Salesforce® org). Our experience is that some struggle with this as data needs to be “clean” to be useful (ex: importing data into the wrong fields). Data Import can be time consuming if not done correctly. Data Import is a critical step we can help with – especially if this is your first time.

Mobile Integration. The current version of Salesforce® mobile integration is very good, but it needs to be setup correctly for user’s to be happy. A regular request is to make sure the data found on the desktop can also be found on the mobile device.

Salesforce® Classic to Salesforce® Lightning: We started working in Salesforce® Lightning around year 2014 when it was first introduced and have almost exclusively used Lightning since (except when helping clients convert from Classic to Lightning, etc.). Today nearly all new organizations start using Lightning from day one. However, there are many who are just making the move from Classic to Lightning, and this is an excellent time as Lightning has become the interface of choice for Salesforce® users. We can help make the move from Classic to Lightning easier, and also offer live training if needed.

3rd Party Solutions. Mailchimp.com, Classy.org, Funraise.org, NPSP,  are just a few common solutions many Salesforce® org’s use. We have experience with each of these solutions and many more.

We can help. Specialty Software has two different types of clients and look forward to you being one of our valued clients:

  1. Help as needed: Some users and organizations need just a few hours to help them complete some tasks, and we are available for this (even if it is just couple hours or a hundred hours). This client will contact us when necessary for their next project or as needed. This is a good option for those who actually have a salesforce certified administrator onsite that can handle most issues without needing outside help. 
  2. Help always available: We are able to offer on-going monthly help and “act as your off-site System Administrator” for one low monthly price. Perhaps you your organization has many Salesforce users, perhaps even a salesforce certified administrator, but none have the time or perhaps the experience to perform normal or difficult System Administrator duties. We can be your off-site System Administrator and help throughout the month if and as needed. We have 5, 10, and 20 hour affordable Monthly plans to meet this need. This way you know who to contact as needed and receive priority help from us.
